💡 Are you passionate about architecture and eager to make a meaningful impact through your work? vHH is seeking a talented Project Architect to join our dynamic studio, where you will play a pivotal role in a variety of exciting public building projects, including innovative educational facilities and the adaptive reuse of historic structures.
🏗 What You’ll Do: As a Project Architect, you will work collaboratively within a small project team, guiding projects from initial design through to construction completion. Your expertise will help shape spaces that inspire and serve the community, all while respecting the integrity of our architectural heritage.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver high-quality designs
Coordinate design team management and communication
Design at all stages, including detailed construction documents using Revit
Communicate effectively, chair meetings with the team, prepare reports and presentations.
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrable experience with Revit and a strong background in designing and delivering public buildings
A compelling design portfolio that showcases both creative vision and technical skills
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work well in a team-oriented environment
A solid understanding of both traditional and contemporary detailing and materials
Commitment to sustainability in a broad sense, and understanding its architectural implications
The ability to express yourself clearly, whether in discussions, written reports, technical drawings, or sketches

💸 Salary, Hours and Location: Salary is negotiable and based on experience. We would consider part-time hours, at a minimum of 3 days per week. The role is based at our studio in Camden.
