- Cladding panels and external windows/doors and masonry are nearly finished
- Macadam surfacing has commenced and external works are ongoing
- Internal dry-lining and plastering is nearing completion
- Doors and final fix carpentry items are being fitted
- Paint is being applied to walls and steelwork
- Floor finishes have commenced
