Croydon Estates Strategy Feasibility Studies

We were asked to provide an options appraisal and feasibility work for the expansion of six secondary schools, and one new build secondary school in Croydon. The existing schools range in size from 4FE to 7FE, with expansion planned up to 12FE for the largest. The project was exceptionally fast track with all the studies completed in a nine week period.
