In 1992 the Practice was commissioned by the college to draw up plans for a 200 seat Auditorium. This was done in tandem with a wider Development Plan that described this new building in relation to a number of important planning issues.
Of these the most significant was the introduction of a new formal entrance to the College from Storeys Way, to the south. In addition the study looked at the future role of the Lime Tree Avenue, propoesed Graduate housing to the northeast and additional landscaping proposals.
