Kingston BSF Schools feasibility studies

As part of the Kingston’s joint BSF programme in partnership with Croydon we were commissioned to work on feasibility studies for four schools. The process involved working closely with the schools’ heads and senior management teams to develop robust options that met the needs of each school’s Education Design Brief (EDB). These projects demonstrate very well our ability to work in the BSF framework and large scale public procurement projects, and to think strategically from the start. We developed master planning options and a control option for each school to support the Strategy for Change (SfC2) submission and onto OBC (Outline Business Case). The schools include an SEN School, an 8FE Girls’ School federated with a 6FE Boys’ School, and a 5.5FE Boys’ Catholic school.
